Here's a piece I decided to do for Illustration Friday. The word was "slither". A good friend Jon Laing (who's site is located on the right on "ma peeps") motivated me to do it. Thanks to him, I think I might do Illus Fri more often now!
I like your solution, I never even thought of a fish when the word "slither" came up. I think it could benefit from a little bit of splatter and slime though. Dizzle.
Nice. The ring finger on the "open" hand bothers me a bit, but I like the overall feel of the piece. It's a good color study as well, so to speak. I wish the background pattern was bolder, but that might just be me : )
